Smoked trout Pasta 

This recipe is pretty simple and it is one of those meals you can make in 30 minutes.

Smoked salmon trout

Fresh cream

2 garlic cloves


Baby tomatoes

Salt &  Pepper


  1. Fry the smoked trout, skin down first to make sure it is crispy. Remove from pan and set aside
  2. Boil the fettuccine (I buy the fresh one from woolies which takes 10 minutes to cook)
  3. In a pan, put some olive oil, add the garlic, add some trout pieces cut into squares, add tomatoes and fry until garlic is golden and season with salt and pepper
  4. Add the fresh cream and stir until thick
  5. Lastly add the fettuccine to the creamy sauce and bon appetit
