Breakfast Burrito 

Ingredients 

2 flour tortillas 

3eggs 

1 chopped tomato 

Avocado 

Ground beef 

Lettuce 

Canned black beans 

Onion 

Pepper 

Chilli flakes 

Tomato paste 

Salt & Pepper 

Store bought salsa 

Bacon 
Directions 
1. In a pan over a medium heat cook the onion and pepper for about 8 minutes, add the ground beef until browned,then add a teaspoon of tomato paste, add half a can of black beans(with some of its liquid not all) season with salt, pepper and chilli flakes and leave for 5 minutes before turning off the stove.
2. Fry pieces of bacon until golden and crispy, use the bacon fat to scrambled your eggs and season with salt 
3. Warm some tortilla wraps in the oven or microwave for a few minutes then remove. 
4. Place the tortilla on a flat surface, line with a few lettuce leaves.

Add the ground beef on top of the lettuce 

Add the scrambled eggs on top of the ground beef 

Add the pieces of bacon on top of the eggs 

Add chopped tomatoes on top of the bacon 

Add sliced avo on top and drizzle with the store bought salsa.
