Salmon Ceviche 

Salmon cut into small cubes 

Lemon and Lime  -Juice & Zest

Salt & pepper

Chopped fresh coriander 

– Deseeded red pepper finely chopped

– Red onion finely chopped


Cook salmon in citrus juice and season ( don’t overcook) 

Do not cook for more than 2hours.

      The salmon cooks slowly in the the citrus juices. Hence the term ceviche… Which is a technique where raw seafood is slowly cooked in citrus juices. So in those two hours the salmon is being “cooked” by all the acid in the citrus
