For tomato sauce 
* 2 tsp olive oil 

* 2 onions, chopped 

* 1-2 tsp salt 

* 4 cloves garlic, finely chopped 

* 4 sprigs rosemary 

* 4 sprigs thyme 

* 1 cup beef stock 

* 1 can chopped tomatoes 

* 1-2tsp sugar 

* 1 Tbsp tomato paste 

* 3 basil leaves 

For meatballs 

* 500g mince 

* 2 eggs

* 1/2 cup grated Parmesan

* 1/2 cup breadcrumbs 

* 1/2 a red onion, grated

* 2-3 cloves garlic, minced

* 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

* 1 teaspoon salt

* freshly ground pepper to taste

* 1/4 cup minced parsley

For meatballs 
*Mix all ingredients with hands.

*Form into golfball-size meatball

*Bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes.
For tomato sauce 
heat the olive oil in a pan over a medium heat. Add the onions and cook until soft, seasoning with salt.

Add the garlic, basil leaves,rosemary and thyme and cook for 3 minutes, then pour in the can of tomato and beef stock . Reduce, then add sugar, tomato paste. Season with pepper.

Cook for about 45minutes to an hour.
Once done, add the meatballs into the sauce.
Serve with spaghetti and garnish with parmasean cheese
